At Amarvi, time seems to stand still. Located in 9 rue Cujas, in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, between rue Soufflot, rue Saint-Jacques and boulevard Saint-Michel, a two-step from the Panthéon, the Jardin du Luxembourg and the Sorbonne, Amarvi invites you on a sensory journey to the heart of a romantic and timeless Italy.
Inspired by Renaissance villas and noble Venetian country houses, our restaurant welcomes you to a warm and poetic décor with a patina, filled with cherubs and noble materials.
In this cosy setting, we celebrate lively, traditional Italian cuisine: homemade Roman pinsas, fresh pasta, seasonal bruschettas and arancini, platters to share, summer salads and revisited desserts.
All accompanied by signature cocktails and carefully selected Italian wines, as well as a range of non-alcoholic cocktails designed to the same exacting standards.

Hidden between rue Soufflot, rue Saint-Jacques and boulevard Saint-Michel, our restaurant is just a few steps from the Panthéon, the Luxembourg Gardens, the Sorbonne and the Musée de Cluny.
We are easily accessible from the Cluny – La Sorbonne, Luxembourg, Odéon or Maubert-Mutualité metro stations.

at Amarvi, cooking is a daily art
Every day, our teams hand-prepare fresh pasta, crispy arancini, seasonal bruschettas, aromatic salads and generous platters to share (cold meats, cheeses, homemade pickles).
Our speciality: pinsa romana, a lighter alternative to traditional pizza, prepared with rice, soya and wheat flours, fermented for a long time to produce a thin, crispy and easily digestible dough. It can be enjoyed savoury or dipped in chocolate for those with a sweet tooth.
On the sweet side, you’ll find amarena tiramisu, an Amalfi lemon tart, and Italian desserts revisited with the seasons.

Our bar offers a menu of signature cocktails ranging from Italian classics (Negroni, Americano, Spritz…) to more bold in-house creations.
Particular attention is paid to our non-alcoholic cocktails, designed to be truly refined alternatives, and to a selection of regional Italian wines, from small producers to the great classics.
Brunch
Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday at lunchtime, on the terrace or indoors, depending on the season.
Privatisation / Boudoir
A private boudoir area is available for confidential dinners, meetings or tailor-made events.
Depending on your requirements, the main room or terrace can also be made private.

C’est le mot qui nous vient lorsque l’on découvre cette nouvelle adresse italienne aux volumes hors-normes.
Dans la salle comme dans l’assiette, tout a été minutieusement choisi. Chaque ornement, chaque produit, chaque assaisonnement nous transporte sur la terrasse d’un palazzo de la Côte Amalfitaine, sur les bords du lac de Côme ou dans le salon d’une Marchesa en Toscane.
Il est urgent de voyager en Italie, 9 rue de Cujas.
